Hi everyone, your race directors have been watching the events of the COVID-19 outbreak unfold, and have devised a strategy to allow the best possibility of having an event this year.  We are limiting the number of teams that will run this year to 30. Since we have 28 teams entered to date, the 2020 edition of the Banff Jasper Relay is effectively fully subscribed.  Registration is now closed for 2020.  Watch this site and the Banff Jasper Relay Forum on Facebook for updates.

The Banff Jasper Relay is a 260 km long relay run in 15 stages on highways from Banff to Jasper on the most beautiful highways in the world - scenic Highway 1A (Bow Valley Parkway) and Highway 93 (Icefields Parkway).

The race is run on the shoulder of the highways facing traffic. It consists of two phases run simultaneously.  Phase 1 has six stages from Lake Louise to Saskatchewan River Crossing and Phase 2 has nine stages from Norman Creek to Jasper.

We run all day Saturday and have a great post-race dinner party in Jasper after the race.

Join us on June 6, 2020!

The Banff Jasper Relay is in support of the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
